Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Return Policy

Need to return an item? Don’t worry, we know it doesn’t always work out how you had hoped so let’s see about getting you back and out onto that field with something that fits you perfectly.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), you are more than welcome to receive your payment in full so long as the merchandise is in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, digital/physical receipt is present, within 30 days of initial purchase. If by any chance you misplace/lose your receipt, no worries, we keep a history of customer and item sales which we can use to validate your transaction.

Note, there are a few exceptions to returns:

Clearance - All sales are final. Universally as this disclaimer is we’re always looking to make sure our customers aren’t stuck with item(s) that aren’t what they had hoped for. If it adheres to the new/unworn policy mentioned above and follows the rest of the guidelines, store credit may potentially be issued to the account.

Customized - We cannot accept returns on embellished products. Once club-required uniform kits orders have been placed these are not subject to cancellation and will not be refunded. For example, items that have undergone customization and received embellishments such as a name, number, team logo cannot be returned. These items were made to your specifications and won’t fit other players. If you feel you’ve made any errors upon placing an order, please contact team@soccer4all.com where a team member can assist you in making an edit, if possible.

Defective – Genuine defects generally present themselves within 2 months of purchase. Soccer being a contact sport you may even notice slight wear and tear even within the first couple of uses. This is normal and shouldn’t be used to vindicate any brand nor the integrity of the craftsmanship. General signs of wear and tear include: small gaps between the outsole and upper, material wear on goalkeeper gloves, loose threads, etc. In reality very few items are ever truly defective. You are more than welcome to bring the item in question to any of our locations or email sales@soccer4all.com regarding your potentially defective product. Note, all items will be inspected and are not guaranteed to be accepted. We want to make sure all our customers are satisfied with their product and not being left with a sour taste in their mouth. We offer store credit or exchange to any item that is truly defective, within 60 days of the original purchase receipt.
